How can I begin my service?

Do you charge a fee for pickup and drop off?

No, pickup and drop off is part of our service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App (at this time cash and check payments are not accepted). All credit card payments will be charged a 2% service fee.

Is there a minimum requirement?

Yes, we do. We require a 20 pound minimum; orders placed under the minimum are subject to a standard $35.00 fee (example: 8-10 shirts, 2-3 pairs of jeans, under 20 pounds).

Is my personal information and my credit card details safe?

Yes, 100% safe, your credit card information is processed through our credit card processing company. The Laundry Ladie, LLC will not share or rent your personal information to anyone under any circumstances

Is same day service available?

Yes, all same day service requires pickup by 6:00am for delivery by 7:00pm.

What if I am not home at the time of drop off?

No worries, if you are not home, we can drop off your laundry to any designee noted in your profile; the contact details must be described in your profile.

Can you leave my laundry on my property in a designated location if I am not available?

Designated drop off locations on property is highly discouraged, we will make every effort to re-deliver the same day, however if you require the laundry to be left on your property, we will not be responsible for any damaged or missing items. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure drop off is secure and/or a designee is available.

Oops, I forgot you were coming today, what should I do now?

Please be advised, if you do not cancel service an hour before your pickup window and/or if we arrive for pickup and your laundry is not left outside; a $20 missed pickup fee will automatically be charged to your credit card. All pickup and drop off services are contact free; we do not ring doorbells or initiate call reminders. However, you will recieve updates & reminders from the app on your order status

What if there is a problem with my laundry when its returned?

If there is any problem with your laundry, please contact us immediately; we will work to resolve the issue to the best of your satisfaction. Please note stubborn, stains (new/existent) may not be removable regardless of our efforts.

Can my laundry be separated by person?

Sure, we charge a separation fee per person (for more information on pricing regarding this matter, please see our pricing page or price list on the app).
